At ChipDeals.in, we sell both digital software products and physical items. Our return and refund policy varies depending on the product type.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products such as Windows, MS Office, and Antivirus license keys, all sales are final. Once a product key is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. However, if the key does not work, we will provide a replacement or resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Physical items like SSD, RAM, hard disk, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and accessories are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved and product is received, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
